Level 3 Award in Caring for Children in a Home Environment
This course is designed for those wanting to provide a childcare service in a home environment.
These qualification provides a solid foundation of knowledge and skills needed to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children, covering child development, dietary and physical needs, health and safety practices, working relationships, and the role and responsibilities of a nanny and/or running a childcare business. Those with an accredited qualification demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and instill confidence in parents, assuring them that their child will be in capable hands.

roles and responsibilities of those caring for children in a home environment
children’s development, well-being and behaviour
plan to care for a child in a home environment
provide a childcare service in own home
role of the nanny in home based childcare
