Michelle Seget - Student of the Month!
We are so pleased to announce that Michelle Seget is Student of the Month, who is currently studying her IQA qualification with MKLC Training.
All of our students are asked for their feedback on the course, and for our Student of the Month, we also ask them to let us know their motivations for taking the course, and what they hope to achieve.....
“I have completed a course with MKLC Training previously so I knew where to take my learning journey too, next.
I decided on doing my IQA as I wanting to create progression routes for myself. I’ve taught on and off for 15 years and have seen many occurrences and thought I could make a real difference to my learners.
The course is easy to navigate around and completing it around my commitments have been amazing. I work full time and am a single parent of two, so having the flexibility was essential. The tutor responds to me quickly and gives me guidance, where needed, to help me achieve the best I can.
This course is giving me so much confidence and has helped improve my knowledge and understanding. I look forward to completing it and seeing where my career progresses next.

In the workplace she takes her role as an IQA very seriously and has researched the role extensively to ensure she can complete her assignments. Michelle has taken much of her new knowledge into the workplace and has shared her ideas with her colleagues. She has also suggested some improvements and changes to her assessment team, to ensure the college remains compliant with awarding body strategies.
