Recruitment, Selection & Placement of Teaching Staff in Institutions of Learning With Reference to Higher Education

Human resources are the pivotal variable without which other inanimate assets are worthless. It is therefore the aim of the Human Resource department to get the right person with the right qualification, experience and still in the right place and at the right time who will be able to manage effectively and efficiently all other non human resources of the organisation.  This research work tries to analyse and evaluate the problem of recruitment, selection and placement of employees in an institution of Higher learning, with a view of finding a possible solution to them.
