We work with various international partners to deliver online learning, certification, work experience in a care context and access to job interviews - everything you need to succeed in a competitive job market.

So, what’s included?

Online English Course

With unlimited access for a whole year, our online English course is the perfect way to prepare for the IELTS exam, which is a visa requirement for many universities and employers.

Working your way through the different levels will provide you with the tools you need to succeed in the exam and improve your language proficiency, so you can confidently pursue your goals.

Online webinars are also included and you will receive a Certificate of Achievement at each level to show progress.

Qualifications

We understand that embarking on a new career path can be both exciting and daunting, which is why we provide full tutor support throughout your social care qualification. Our experienced tutors are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and will provide guidance and support every step of the way.

Students start with the online Level 2 Care Certificate which is a self-paced course. These modules provide an excellent overview and understanding of what to expect in the care industry and the main areas you need to know.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the care industry, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rewarding field through the Level 3 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care qualification which will significantly enhance your employment prospects, opening up a range of opportunities for you to pursue.

In addition to the above, all students enrolled through MKLC Training will also have the opportunity to complete the Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness to better understand mental health issues and the impact on individuals and the community.

Work Experience

Looking to gain work experience in a care context? Our international partners offer up to 3 months work experience in a social care environment.

You'll learn how to provide care and support to people with a range of needs, from the elderly to those with disabilities or mental health issues. This experience will not only broaden your skillset but will also help you to develop empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to work.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that you can put on your CV. This experience will make you stand out to potential employers and increase your chances of landing your dream job.

Job Interview Preparation

The job market in the UK is competitive and it is undergoing a transition with visa requirements and sponsorships for the care sector. We expect to have final confirmation on these by June 2024.

Our international partners will provide guidance on CV building and interview skills. We are currently sourcing a reputable UK recruitment agency to assist with job interviews and placements.
