All learners must be observed once by MKLC for standardisation purposes. You can send across a video recording and we will then give verbal feedback via Zoom, or we can arrange to observe you teaching live via Zoom.

Your observer needs to have a Level 5 teaching qualification, and will need to sign declaration and supply evidence of their qualification.

The certificate is more suited to those working from prepared materials, whereas the Diploma is more suitable for those are involved in the planning stages, and involved in incorporating the curriculum.
