Judith founded MKLC Training in 1988. She has a BA in Russian & German, an MA in History and an MBA. Judith gained her PhD in studying the migration of older people, especially those from Eastern Europe to the UK, and has presented conference papers on this topic internationally.
She is a fully qualified languages teacher, teacher trainer, assessor & verifier, and specialises in the design of courses for specific markets.
Mohamed is an experienced teacher trainer and gained his PhD in the study of English language teaching in Libyan universities. His area of expertise is in education, specialising in teaching methodologies.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Mohamed is keen to develop links in the Middle East that will strengthen educational opportunities for those wishing to gain UK qualifications.
Stu first qualified as a teacher in the UK state system way back in 1975. Since then, he has worked in teaching, training, teacher training, quality assurance and management in schools, colleges, universities and companies (supporting a range of vocational areas). He has worked in 7 different countries and has presented conference papers to teachers in the USA and the UAE.
Stu is a great believer in lifelong learning and recently completed two additional teacher training qualifications in Classroom Observation & Mentoring of Teachers.
Sammy is an experienced teacher, trainer, assessor, and verifier, with a background ranging from early years and primary education, to post-16, adult education, and vocational work-based training.
He has worked with various UK awarding bodies to develop new qualifications, create examinations, and devise live assessment materials.
Sammy continues to work as an EQA for two awarding bodies, specialising in teacher training and management qualifications.
Sandie has supported students from Level 3 qualifications to Master's degrees, and has extensive experience in developing course materials, standards verification, examination marking and work-based assessments.
She is a keen supporter of the student centred model of teaching and learning and believes that the learning journey is a shared partnership.
Viktoria has extensive teaching and assessing experience in early childhood education and further education with colleges and private companies, as well as designing new qualifications. She is a fully qualified teacher and assessor and currently studying towards a Masters in Education, which includes units of formative assessment methods and coaching and mentoring.
Viktoria is very passionate about distance learning, excellent materials, and innovative technologies to support learners. She feels coaching and mentoring needs to be more prominent in further education and distance learning.
With over 25 year's experience teaching vocational subjects and professional development, Louise has supported students through their Assessor Award and Diploma of Education and Training, and involved with curriculum development, staff management, and quality assurance within education.
Her qualifications include M.A Education: Guidance Studies, ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, as well as the Certificate in Education (FE).
A large part of Craig's career has been spent working with SEND learners from a variety of backgrounds, and his teaching experience ranges from engineering to functional skills and teacher training.
His experience as a teacher, assessor and Lead IQA, along with roles including Centre Manager and staff trainer, will undoubtedly be valuable in helping MKLC learners on their journey.
A former student of MKLC Training, Craig is excited to be supporting and guiding future teachers and assessors through their training and further education.
Emma joined MKLC with a LLB in Law and a MSc in Business Management and an international qualification in Event and Wedding planning.
During her time with MKLC she has continued to develop her qualifications in the educational sector taking her PTLLS, Assessor Award and IQA, whilst also developing her knowledge through CPD and short courses in marketing, creative writing, history and genealogy.
